JOBS

This isn’t just a business—it’s a reflection of what we believe in. We’re here to create work that matters, led by a shared commitment to quality and care.

A-Grade Electrician

Full time · Bass Coast · Above award · Vehicle, tools and phone provided

A mixed run of work — you won't be doing the same thing every day. Domestic and commercial: switchboard upgrades, lighting and power, fault finding, solar and battery installs, CCTV and alarms, Starlink and home networking.

  • Victorian A-Grade licence and current qualifications

  • Comfortable running a job from arrival to Certificate of Electrical Safety

  • Talks to customers in plain language — most of our work comes from word of mouth

  • Solar accreditation, security registration or data experience is a bonus, not a must. We'll help you get there

If you're a good sparky on the Bass Coast and nothing above fits, send your details anyway. We'd rather know who's around than start from scratch when something opens up.

WHAT WE'RE ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR

We can teach solar, alarms and networking. We can't teach these. If you read the list and think "that's just how you do the job" — you'll fit in here.

The right way, not the easy way
Nothing hidden behind a wall that you wouldn't be happy to have inspected in ten years.

Turn up and communicate
On time. Call ahead if you're not. Explain the options in plain English. No surprises on price.

Leave it cleaner than you found it
It's someone's home. Attention to detail doesn't stop at the wiring.

Safety isn't negotiable
Isolate properly. Speak up. Never cut a corner because the day's running late.

Treat customers like neighbours
Because they are. You'll see them at the shops. No hard sell, ever.

Teach the next person
Especially apprentices. Everyone here got shown how by someone.

WORKING HERE

Short commutes, real work, and the beach on the way home

The whole service area fits inside about forty minutes. You're not sitting on the Monash for an hour and a half to get to a job you could have walked to. Summer gets busy, winter gets steady, and you'll know most of the people you work for.

Where you'll work — Cowes, San Remo, Grantville, Bass, Kilcunda, Wonthaggi, Inverloch and surrounds…. the very occasional job in the SE Suburbs.

Who you'll work with — A small crew that's growing. You'll have a say in how we do things.

What we'll pay — Above award, reviewed honestly. We'll talk numbers on the first phone call, not after three interviews.

What we provide — Vehicle, tools, phone, uniform, and the training to add solar, security or data to your ticket.
